UPDATE: 5/11/2020. As an essential business, Invario has continued operations throughout the crisis. We are very proud of the work we have done to support those customers who moved to remote work or remained open. As Virginia and other states/municipalities look toward reopening, we continue to monitor the situation and operate within applicable guidelines. We are also providing PPE for our technicians. To help your efforts, we are sharing Reopening the Workplace After COVID-19: A Checklist for Businesses.

Invario is committed to supporting our customers during this crisis. All employees are setup to work remotely and we have been working this way for quite some time. As of 3/16/20 we have taken the following additional steps to protect the safety of our customers and staff:

  1. Only urgent and critical support is being done on-site at customer locations.
  2. We have closed down the computer lab that brought the technicians into the same room. Instead our support team is working from their home offices.
  3. We are monitoring employee health. Per the CDC’s guidelines, employees with any of the following: fever above 100.4 F [38.0 C] in the last 24 hours; coughing; or shortness of breath will remain at home.

The best way to reach us with an IT issue is still help@invario.net. You can also call the Help Desk at 703-528-0101/Option 1. Our phone system is setup to include employee home offices and cell phones. Direct dial of an employee’s extension is still the best way to reach an individual by phone.
